Do students regularly come to your library after school to hang out or study or do their homework while waiting for their parents to get off work? If so, why not offer them some informal Poetry Pro-Am sessions? Since each round of poetry writing and sharing lasts only 20-30 minutes, you could run them continuously in a conference room, and the kids could come and go as they please, jumping into as many or as few rounds as they like.
